Excellence in Leadership Award
This award recognizes an individual from an AMCI member company who exemplifies leadership, vision, and teamwork through volunteer service to AMCI. It celebrates those who go above and beyond to advance the association’s mission and foster a collaborative, forward-thinking community.
Eligibility
- Nominee must be employed by an AMCI member company in good standing.
- Open to both AMC leaders and Provider Partners.
- Demonstrated history of active participation in AMCI initiatives, committees, or programs.
Nominations
- Nominations may be submitted by peers, colleagues, or AMCI staff.
- Submissions should include:
- A brief narrative outlining the nominee’s contributions and leadership within AMCI.
- At least one testimonial from a peer, client, or AMCI colleague.
- Supporting details related to the nominee’s accreditation, volunteer roles, and impact on the AMCI community.
Selection Criteria
Nominees will be evaluated based on:
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire, guide, and influence others within the AMCI community.
- Vision: Forward-thinking contributions that have advanced AMCI’s mission or strategic goals.
- Teamwork: Commitment to collaboration and fostering a spirit of partnership within AMCI.
- Engagement: Active involvement in AMCI programs, committees, or initiatives.
- Professional Excellence: Relevant credentials or accreditations that reflect a commitment to high standards in the AMC industry.
Award Frequency
- The AMCI Excellence in Leadership Award (Individual) is presented in even-numbered years in conjunction with the AMCs Engaged meeting, celebrating exceptional contributions during this signature event.
- Final selection is determined by the AMC Institute Awards Committee and approved by the AMC Institute Board of Directors.
- The award will not be presented if:
- No nominations are submitted, or
- Submitted nominations do not meet the established criteria, at the sole discretion of the Nominating Committee.
