CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (August 15, 2019) – Association Management Center (AMC), a leading Chicago-based association management company announces the release of a new podcast focusing on career development in the association industry that was created in partnership with The Collaborative, a coaching, consulting, and education partner for associations. “Conversations by Association,” a first-of-its-kind podcast offers guidance and best practices from successful association and nonprofit professionals about career pathways, career advancement, mentoring, leadership, risk taking, job transitions, and leadership tracks. This professional development resource is ideal for anyone working in the association field who wants to advance their career or for those who just want to know more about the industry in general.
The first three episodes feature Michelle Mason, Paul Pomerantz, and a mid-career panel of Allison Lundberg, Evan Rotert, and Lindsey Josephs. They discuss rising in the association management ranks, having the courage to take calculated risks, navigating challenging situations, and leadership pathways.
Steve Smith, vice president of client relations at AMC, and Christina Rowe, CEO and founder of The Collaborative, cohost the podcast.
