SRS is a global spine society with a membership of 1,400, an annual budget of over $5 million, and is managed by Executive Director, Inc. (EDI), an association management company specializing in medical organizations.

Ms. Neuschaefer has served SRS since 2013 in various capacities. She has assumed the role of Tressa Goulding, CAE, who recently retired after a 30-year tenure with SRS, including 26 years as the SRS Executive Director. Since 2018, Ms. Neuschaefer has been the organization’s Director of Administration. “I am humbled to have the opportunity to continue to serve the SRS and its wonderful members. While these are interesting and challenging times to be assuming this role, I know that the strength of our membership and staff will carry us through,” said Neuschaefer.

Dr. Paul Sponseller, SRS President stated, “The SRS presidential line, Board and other volunteers look forward to working with Ashtin in her new role. Given her knowledge of our organization and our members, we are certain that she will serve SRS well. We thank Tressa for her work in making SRS what it is today.”
