AH secures the honor of being a top workplace in the Delaware Valley for an impressive fourth time by the Philadelphia Inquirer

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ – April 11, 2021 – Association Headquarters, Inc. (AH), a leading association management firm located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and Alexandria, Virginia, is ecstatic to announce that it has been awarded a 2021 Top Workplaces honor by the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The Top Workplaces award is based solely on employee feedback through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection.

“Employee satisfaction is an important cornerstone for Association Headquarters,” said Robert Waller Jr., CAE, AH’s President and CEO.“ The Top Workplaces survey gives AH leadership critical feedback from our staff that’s invaluable to create an equitable, world-class environment for our team. 2020 was a challenge for all companies and being selected by our employees as a best place to work is something we are extremely proud of. Only 135 companies in the entire region made this year’s list.”

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. "When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draws on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”

AH was also named a Top Workplace by the Philadelphia Inquirer in 2016, 2018, and 2019.
