AMC Institute Launches Docuseries RESET

AMC Institute (AMCI) announced Monday, August 9, 2021, the release of RESET, a three-part video docuseries, which introduces its industry-leading education initiative focused on the safe and successful return to face-to-face meetings and events. RESET was developed by AMCI to support association executives as the ongoing impact of the pandemic continues to influence logistics, protocols, and communications of in-person and hybrid meetings and events.

RESET was filmed in June, when AMCI was the first to successfully host an entirely face-to-face Annual Meeting, which served as a case study for association management companies (AMCs) and the more than 2,000 client associations they are working with to execute meetings and events. The program will also offer an unprecedented ‘AMC Exchange’ text and email hotline for organizers seeking information and advice, a repository of downloadable resources, and an online forum moderated by Erin Fuller, FASAE, CAE, MPA, MCI USA, featuring a panel of recognized experts, Michael Dominguez, Associated Luxury Hotels International; Phelps Hope, CMP, Kellen; John Rissi, Encore Global; and Sarah Timm, CAE, CMP-HC, Parthenon Management Group, who will share insights, experiences, and best practices.

 All components of the RESET initiative will be offered free of charge to association professionals through AMCI’s Association Link.
