Molly Marsh (MM): I have been working in association management for over 14 years, serving in capacities including Training Coordinator, Program Manager, and Association Director. In my current role as AMR’s Director of Education and Events, I have the pleasure of overseeing our company-wide strategy for educational programs and events; I also serve as the AMR EOS Integrator, working to streamline our processes and ensure the AMR ways is recognized and followed by all. I am passionate about designing educational experiences and organizational systems that elevate the professionalism of those around me!

AMCI: You have a problem you're trying to work through - who do you talk about it with and why?
MM: 90% of the time, it’s my mom. Whether it’s work, family, or otherwise, she always listens and never lets me choose

AMCI: What is one thing you should start, stop or change that will enable you to be more effective?
MM: I have to stop DOING so that I can focus my time and attention on the leadership and empowerment of my teams.

AMCI: If you could trade lives with anyone for a day, who would it be and why?
MM: My five-year-old daughter because I HAVE to know what is going on in that head of hers!!

AMCI: If you could write your own law that everyone had to follow, what would it be?
MM: Be kind. It’s really that simple.

AMCI: What's your go-to cocktail?
MM: Kentucky Mule – it’s gotta have bourbon in it!
