1. Membership Growth Surges

24 AMCs joined and renewals outpaced 2024 and 2023 — a clear signal that the AMC model is thriving and our member firms are growing.

2. Accreditation Reaches New Heights

Five of six firms in the inaugural accreditation working group achieved accreditation, with more firms entering the pipeline. This signifies the desire for our AMC community to drive to the gold standard of association management.

3. Financial Performance Stays Strong

Month after month, AMCI reported stable, healthy financials, keeping the Institute well‑positioned for strategic investment to amplify our visibility to associations.

4. Record Engagement at AMCI Meetings

AMCI events saw exceptional engagement in 2025. The Annual Meeting in Tampa welcomed 261 attendees, while AMCs Engaged in Savannah drew 167 participants, surpassing goals and delivering some of the highest‑rated sessions of the year. The newly revived Regional Meeting in Indianapolis also exceeded expectations, attracting 62 attendees from 21 AMCs. These attendance records show the AMCs desire to education their teams to meet the ever-growing client demand.

5. IMEX Presence Breaks Records

AMCI brought its largest hosted buyer groups ever to IMEX, representing 312 associations and $64M in meetings revenue — plus standing‑room‑only education sessions. These numbers showcase the significance of the AMC community.

6. Professional Advancement Accelerates

Certificate and badge sales climbed steadily, while the AMC‑P Credential advanced through guidebook development, eLearning modules, and exam preparation helping to prepare AMC teams for the next step in their professional development.

7. Digital Marketing Performance Soars

The digital marketing campaigns reached new heights in 2025, with BeautifulBeast campaigns outperforming benchmarks across the board—nearly 74,000 page views (up 33%) and more than 126,000 new users (up 38%). This surge in engagement shows growing interest from associations eager to learn more about the AMC model.

8. Trusted Advisor & Strategic Plan Communications Launch

Marketing strategies were developed which include new assets, campaigns, and storytelling tools to ensure AMCI’s strategic priorities are shared and communicated both internally and externally.

9. Virtual Education Opportunities Flourish

EduSeries, webinars, and AMCs by Size roundtables each drew 60 attendees on average, reflecting strong demand for learning and peer-to peer networking to help our member firms grow and develop practical business concepts.

10. Volunteerism & Community Engagement Rise

Committee applications increased year-over-year, with 80 applicants showing deeper member commitment, energy and passion to boost AMCI experiences.

Across every metric—membership, accreditation, education, marketing, events, and financial performance—2025 was a year of significant progress and collective achievement. The AMC community continues to grow in influence, visibility, and impact, and AMCI is well-positioned to continue to build on this momentum in 2026.
