Association Acumen Chosen to Manage the Michigan Academy of PAs

Menomonee Falls, WI – Association Acumen, LLC, a full-service accredited association management company based in Menomonee Falls, has been chosen to manage the Michigan Academy of PAs. (MAPA). Formed in 1974, MAPA is the essential resource for the PA profession in Michigan and the primary advocate for PAs In the state. MAPA is committed to providing quality, cost effective and accessible health care through the promotion of professional growth and enhancement of the PA practice environment. MAPA has over 1,200 members.

Michelle Haider, CMP, serves as MAPA’s Association Director. Haider has been Executive Director of both the Wauwatosa and Hartland, Wisconsin Business Districts, leading boards and executing strategic planning, committee management, as well as managing communications and budgets. She was previously Senior Meeting & Event Services Manager at VISIT Milwaukee. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and has a Bachelor’s of Letters and Science in Communications/Journalism from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
