Happy New Year!

Are you ready for the New Year? I’m certainly ready (as many of you are) to retire the old one. The encouraging news is, as entrepreneurs, we typically anticipate and respond well to change.

While planning is difficult in this COVID environment, the AMCI Board of Directors has recently conducted a retreat to prepare for the future of our community, intently focused on increasing market share for the AMC managed model. Our research has convinced us that there are considerable opportunities for our community in the future - irrespective of COVID.

So take pride that our community responds well to challenges and capitalizes on opportunities. We look forward to AMCI playing a bigger role in advancing opportunities for our future. Stay tuned for more information on our strategy to advance our companies.

I am also excited about the AMCI Annual Meeting where we will learn and share important learnings around managing our AMCs in these unprecedented times. I look forward to seeing you at The Broadmoor, February 16 – 18, 2022, and the energy I always gain from being together.
